“The wound is the place where the Light enters you.”
Every journey starts with the first step
If you are reading this, chances are that you are in a place and time in your life where you are
looking for some support. This can be daunting, even scary at times and it requires a little
brave-heartedness to acknowledge this and take the next step. I want to encourage you to take that
step and make contact.
Here for you
I offer a safe and confidential space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, challenges and emotions. This space will help you to find your own understanding of what is going on for you.
The aim of my work is for you to find, or reconnect with your resilience and refresh your resourcefulness, through finding meaning in a difficult time.
This exploration can be done face-to-face in the comfortable and relaxed atmosphere in a therapy room in Longtown, in North Cumbria, or over the phone.

together to help me deliver a beneficial therapy to my clients.
I am also a volunteer counsellor for the Family Support Team of Hospice at Home, Carlisle, Cumbria.
