What are the costs involved in having counselling?
My rates are:

I offer a first 20 to 30 minute session free of charge. ( If you decide to do this session face to face with me, please be aware that I will have to ask you to contribute the £7.50 fee I pay for the room). This initial session is meant for you to find out if you feel comfortable to work with me and also for me to see if my skill-set is fitting to your issue.

I offer this on a free of charge basis (exept the cost for room) because I know how difficult it can be to find the 'right' counsellor and getting a free session helps with this process.

All sessions thereafter...................£55 for 50min hour for online session and £60 (Includes 2/3 of cost towards room) for face to face sessions.
Concession are available. Please discuss with me in the first session.
