What are the costs involved in having counselling?

 

My rates are:

I offer a first 20 to 30 minute session free of charge.

​

This initial session is meant for you to find out if you feel comfortable to work with me and also for me to see if my skill-set is fitting to your issue.

​

I offer this on a free of charge basis because I know how difficult it can be to find the 'right' counsellor and getting a intial session helps with this process.

I am BUPA registered. 

 

Sessions are £60 for the therapeutic hour. (50min)

​

 

Concession are available. Please discuss with me in the first session.
